As always, there was a ton of good food at our October WPC Social and Fundraiser.
I remarked to Deb how much I enjoyed her Artichoke Dip and she agreed to send me the recipe.
ARTICHOKE DIP (from Deb)
1 jar marinated artichokes (I use the 12 oz.size), drain and chop
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese (I buy a wedge of Parmesan and grate it rather than the pre-grated cheese)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Bake at 350 degrees until brown (the edges get brown). Do not leave in oven too long or the mayo will separate.
Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite crackers.
