Meetings begin promptly at 11:30 on the
first Wednesday of the month.
Please be advised that the reservation
deadline for the monthly WPC luncheon meetings is a firm deadline of
noon the Tuesday prior to the Wednesday luncheon. To keep your monthly
luncheon costs at a reasonable rate, we negotiated arrangements with
Larkspur to provide our reservation numbers at a particular time. This
also allows us and Larkspur to ensure those with reservations will get
the meal for which they paid.
If you made a reservation and need to cancel,
you also need to do so by noon the Tuesday prior. This deadline is firm.
That means if you haven't canceled, you're still responsible for paying
the fee. Your cooperation in following the reservation policy will keep
our treasury and your pocketbook and tummy happy.

An email is necessary even if you pay with PayPal.
The current cost of the program will be
charged, whether you eat or not. Think of it as paying for the program
and your lunch is free. You still get the opportunity to network, have
a beverage and listen to great speakers. What a bargain!
Program costs provide for the beverages
of tea, water and coffee, which are provided at the table. Our arrangement
with Larkspur does not include additional soft drink beverages.
